How the pieces fit together

Evaluation
An evaluation is an assessment authored and versioned by the AI Ready team. You
take the evaluations available to your organisation; you don’t create your own. The
Quick Assessment comes first; completing it clears the Full Assessment’s
prerequisite. On the Free plan a Full Assessment run is started with an advisor —
yours, or one you request a match with.

Run
A run is one attempt at an evaluation. You answer it section by section, and
submitting locks it as a read-only record. Taking the assessment again creates a new
run.

Score
After you submit, AI Ready scores your run in the background, so results aren’t
instant.

Report
A scored run produces an AI readiness report: your score and band, a section for
every readiness dimension with what to do about it, risks, opportunities, a roadmap,
and researched context on your industry. Read it in the app or export it as a PDF. See

Notes
Record what any of it means for you. Notes are rich-text, private by default, and
can be attached to a client or a report. See Notes.
