Sign in with a one-time email code
1
Enter your work email
In the Email field (placeholder you@company.com), type your work email
address and select Continue with email. While the code is being sent, the button
reads Sending code….
2
Open the email and find your code
You receive one email titled Your AI Ready sign-in code, sent from AI Ready
(
signup@aireadyscore.com.au). It contains an 8-digit, single-use sign-in code.On screen you’ll see Check your email and the message “We sent one email to
[your address]. It contains an 8-digit, single-use sign-in code.”3
Enter the code
In the 8-digit code field, type the code from the email, then select Verify
(it reads Verifying… while it checks). The code expires shortly and can only be
used once.
If the code doesn’t arrive
From the Check your email screen you can:- Resend email, available again 60 seconds after the last send. During the wait the button counts down (for example, Resend in 45s) and shows Resending… while it works.
- Change email, go back and enter a different address.
Sign in with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Above the email option (Or continue with email separates the two), choose one of the two organisation sign-in buttons:- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
Managing your sign-in methods
My Settings → Personal settings shows a Sign-in methods panel with the ways your account can sign in: Email one-time code, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Methods you already use are marked Linked; the others offer a link action (for example Link Microsoft 365) so the same account can sign in either way. All methods must use the same work email address.Which email addresses are accepted
AI Ready is for organisations, so you must use a work email address.Public and consumer email addresses (personal webmail and similar) are refused before
any email is sent, you’ll never receive a code for one. Enter your organisation email
instead.
What errors do and don’t tell you
Sign-in errors are deliberately general. If a code or a sign-in link fails, you’ll see We couldn’t sign you in with “Your sign-in attempt could not be completed.” and the note “The request may be invalid, expired, or already used. Return to sign in and try again.”, then a Back to sign in button. These messages never reveal whether an account already exists for an address, so a failed attempt tells an onlooker nothing about who is or isn’t registered.Related
