An advisor is a type of organisation, not a role a person holds. When your organisation is an advisor organisation, AI Ready gives you tools to work across several client organisations. (Being an advisor is separate from whether you are an owner, admin, or member of your own organisation, see Roles.) You reach a client only through a partnership that the client has agreed to, or through a workspace, your firm’s own private working copy of a client. You never share a client’s login.

Your landing screen

When you sign in to an advisor organisation, the dashboard shows Overview, “Your client portfolio at a glance.” The layout matches a company’s dashboard, so both accounts read the same way.
  • The narrow left column is what needs your attention: Alerts, Reports, and your grouped notifications, plus Getting started while your firm still has steps left.
  • The wide right column is where you work. Your list of clients sits at the top, with All (the default), Connected, and Workspaces tabs; selecting a client here sets who you are working with. Until you pick one you’ll see Select a client, “Pick a client above to see and run their AI readiness evaluations.”
  • Below the list is the selected client’s panel, named after them, with Evaluations (open on arrival), Meeting Prep, and Reports as sections you expand. Each assessment shows its latest state with Continue or View; for a connected client, See profile sits in the panel’s header.
Your sidebar groups Capabilities (Research, EvaluationsAI Readiness, Meeting Prep, ReportsOverview / AI Readiness / Meeting Prep, and Notes) and Management (Clients, Organisation, My Settings). If you have not added any clients yet, the client list shows No clients yet, “Create your first client to start advising them.”

The Clients page

Open Clients to see everyone you work with. The page is titled Clients, “Clients you advise, invites awaiting a response, and clients you’ve added.” Three tabs filter the list, with All first and selected by default:
  • All, everything together.
  • Connected, clients you have an active or pending partnership with.
  • Workspaces, your firm’s private working copies (see Workspaces).
A ? hint beside the tabs explains the difference between connected clients and workspaces. The table has these columns: When you have no clients on a tab, you’ll see No clients yet, “Use Create New Client to connect to an existing client or create a new one.” On the Workspaces tab the empty state is No workspaces yet, “Use Create New Client and choose the Workspace option to add one.” If a filter hides everything, you’ll see “No clients match these filters.”

Switching between clients

You act on behalf of one client (or your own firm) at a time, this is your Working with context. Switch from the dashboard’s client list, or with the Working with selector on any evaluation page; while a client is selected the sidebar and evaluation pages carry clear client markers. See Working with clients.

Meeting Prep

Advisors also have Meeting Prep: choose a client, review their profile and their Latest Reports, and record private prep notes. It has its own guide, Meeting Prep. Research shows the same company and market research on its own page, for the client you are Working with — or your own firm on My Firm — when you want to read it without starting a prep. See Research.
