Signing in and accounts

No. You sign in either with a one-time 8-digit code sent to your work email, or with your organisation’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. There are no passwords, so there’s nothing to reset.
There isn’t one. /login handles both signing in and creating an account, and it’s titled Sign in or create your account. If you visit /signup, you’re sent to the same screen.
No. AI Ready is for organisations, so you must use a work email. Personal and webmail addresses are refused before any code is sent.

Organisations and roles

Membership is automatic. If your work-email domain matches an existing open organisation, you join as a member when you complete setup, with no approval to wait for. Owners and admins can also invite colleagues by email with a chosen role, but joining by domain needs no invitation.
The first person to set up a new organisation becomes its owner. Everyone who joins later via the matching domain joins as a member.
No. Category and country are permanent, “Country and category are permanent. They can’t be changed after you create your organisation.” Everything else about your organisation profile can be edited later by an owner or admin.
Owners and admins manage the organisation, profile, branding, members, advisors, and logs. Members have read-only access to those, but can still run assessments. See Roles.

Assessments

Completing the Quick Assessment clears the Full Assessment’s prerequisite; until then it’s locked, “Complete the Quick Assessment first.” After that, on the Free plan, a Full Assessment run is started with an advisor — reach out to yours, or use Request an advisor match on the assessment’s card.
No. Submitting locks the run as a read-only record. To answer differently, take the assessment again, that creates a new run and leaves your submitted run untouched.
Yes. On an assessment you’ve completed, the button reads Start a new [assessment]. You can only have one run in progress at a time, so continue or reset the current run first.
Scoring runs in the background after you submit, so it isn’t instant, the run moves to a Scored state once it’s done. Your AI readiness report is then written from it, usually within a few minutes. You don’t have to wait on the page: the status updates itself, and Dashboard → Notifications tells you when it’s Ready. See Scores and reports.
Yes. Open the report and select Export PDF in the left rail. The file is produced in your browser at that moment, A4 and page-numbered, with nothing to configure.
There are a few different reasons. The Full Assessment is locked until you complete the Quick Assessment, “Complete the Quick Assessment first.” Separately, an assessment can be locked because it isn’t part of your organisation’s plan, in which case it reads “This assessment is not included in your plan.” And an assessment that IS in your plan can show Allowance used (its included runs are spent), or a retake date (“You can retake this from …”, after a recent attempt): see Allowances and retake waits. The second one isn’t something you can clear yourself, talk to your advisor or contact us.

Notes

Only you, unless you turn on Share with my team. A shared note is readable by everyone in your organisation, but still only you can edit or delete it.
No. A note’s attachment is set when you create it and can’t be changed afterwards. Write a new note against the right record instead.
Not yet. Notes are rich text only, with no media upload, no @-mentions, and no comments.

Advisors and clients

No. Advisor is a type of organisation, not a personal role. Within an advisor organisation, people are still owners, admins, or members.
Only through a partnership you agree to. Either side can start it, but the advisor gets no access until an owner or admin at the client accepts and confirms what the advisor may do. There’s never a shared login.
A workspace is an advisor firm’s private working copy of a client, visible only to that firm, with no client login and no consent involved. See Workspaces.
From Organisation → Advisors, use Revoke access (or Cancel invitation if it’s still pending). This removes their access; you can invite them again later.
