My Settings at the bottom of the sidebar opens Personal settings, “Manage your own account details.” Your timezone and notification choices here are yours alone; the profile details are the ones your colleagues see beside your name. The page holds four cards.

Profile

Your display name, business function, job title, and phone number. The first three are shared with your organisation: your display name heads your row on Members and labels you in the activity log, and your business function and title fill the Business function / Title column next to it. Keep them recognisable, because they are how colleagues identify your activity. Your phone number is not shown on either surface.

Sign-in methods

All three sign-in methods, Email one-time code, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, each marked Linked when it is connected to your account. A Link button connects Google or Microsoft from here; the email method is added by signing in with a one-time code. See Signing in for how each method behaves.

Timezone preference

How every date and time in the app is written out: run dates, report timestamps, retake waits, and log entries. Two options: Local time, detected automatically from your device and the default, or Zulu time (UTC) if you prefer one clock everywhere.
This is a display preference. Changing it does not move a deadline or a waiting period; it changes how that moment is written out for you. It is saved in the browser you set it in, so set it again on a new device.

Notifications

Which kinds of alert reach you. The options you see depend on your organisation type: a company member is never offered advisor-only alerts, and the reverse holds too. See Notifications and alerts for what each feed contains.
