What a workspace is
A workspace is your firm’s own private working copy of a client. It’s a real, separate client entry that only your firm can see, there’s no client login and no consent involved, because there’s no other organisation on the other side. Use one when you want to work up a client’s assessments on your own, without a live partnership. You create a workspace from Create New Client, choosing the Workspace card: “A private working copy only your firm sees. No client login, no consent, invisible to the real organisation.” Select Create a workspace, then fill in the client’s details. The full wizard is covered in Adding a client. A workspace isn’t a separate part of the app, it lives alongside your connected clients. It appears on the Clients page (under the Workspaces tab) and opens on the same client information screen, where the subtitle under the client’s name reads “Private workspace client.” rather than “Client you advise.”, and the Overview card’s Type row reads Workspace client. On a workspace, the client information screen states “This is your firm’s private
workspace; no client consent is involved and your firm has full access.” and, for the
team, “A workspace has no users; it’s a private working copy for your firm.”
Archiving a workspace
A workspace’s row menu offers Full profile and View details, plus, while it’s live, Edit profile and Evaluate, and finally Archive (or Restore once archived). Archiving “hides this workspace by default and makes it read-only. Its evaluations, reports, profile and logs are preserved…”, so nothing is lost, and you can restore it later.Switching between clients
You work on behalf of one client (or your own firm) at a time. This is your Working with context. Switch from the client list on your dashboard, or with the Working with selector that sits on every evaluation page. While a client is selected, the sidebar and evaluation pages are clearly marked with the client’s name, see Working with clients. What you can do inside a client
What you can do depends on whether it’s a connected client (a live partnership) and what access that client granted, versus a workspace (your own copy, full access).
With read-only access to a connected client, you’ll see a view-only state such as “No
runs for this client yet.” and no controls to start or edit a run. If your access isn’t
enough to see a client’s profile, you’ll see “This client’s profile isn’t available with
your current access.”
A client’s reports live on the Reports page and follow your Working with client. The landing Overview tab shows the latest AI Readiness and Meeting Prep report over a combined history, with dedicated AI Readiness and Meeting Prep tabs alongside. From the client information screen, See all reports in the Latest Reports card takes you there. See The Reports page.
