Everything an advisor does in the Evaluations area happens as someone: your own firm, or one of your clients. AI Ready keeps that context explicit so you always know whose data you are looking at.

The Working with selector

Every evaluation page, the AI Readiness overview and each assessment tab, carries a Working with selector (“Choose who you’re working with”). It lists My Firm and your clients; pending clients are marked. Switching the subject keeps you on the same tab, re-loaded for the new subject, so you can compare the same assessment across clients without re-navigating.

How you can tell a client is selected

While your context is a client, AI Ready marks it in three places:
  • The organisation badge at the top of the sidebar keeps your firm’s name and shows the selected client underneath it.
  • A client chip appears in the sidebar at the top of your client capabilities, just above Research, tinted in the accent colour.
  • Evaluation pages show a tinted Working with banner naming the client.
When you switch back to My Firm, all three markers disappear. There is no ambiguity about whose runs you are starting.
Links from a client’s row, for example Manage evaluations on the dashboard’s client panel, land you on the evaluations area already scoped to that client, and the selection sticks until you change it.

What you can do in a client’s context

What the selector lets you do per client follows the permissions of the partnership (or your workspace):
  • With Read-only access you can open completed runs and scores.
  • With Evaluation write access you can also start, continue, and reset runs on the client’s behalf. In-progress client runs appear with Continue exactly as your own would.
The client’s own team sees any consented activity reflected in their organisation, there is never a shared login.

The advisor dashboard

Dashboard → Overview, “Your client portfolio at a glance.”, is built around the same idea: your Clients list at the top of the wide working column, and the selected client’s panel underneath it with Evaluations, Meeting Prep and Reports sections, each assessment’s latest state (with Continue / View), and See profile in the header. See the advisor dashboard for the full layout.

Meeting Prep

Private notes built on a client’s latest results.
