# The Reports page

> Where every report lives, the tabs that split them, and what a finished report looks like.

**Reports** in the sidebar is the home of every document AI Ready has produced for your
organisation. A run produces a report; this page is where it lands and stays.

## What you see

A company organisation gets a single **AI Readiness** listing: one row per report, newest
first, with the assessment it came from and its date. Selecting a row opens the report.

An advisor organisation gets three tabs, because a firm produces two kinds of document:

| **Meeting Prep** | Only the meeting briefs.                                                                                                                 |

Each tab is its own address, so you can bookmark the one you use.

  For an advisor, Reports follows your **Working with** client, the same as the rest of the
  client zone. Switch client and the page re-scopes to them.

## The combined history

Below the two latest-report cards, **Overview** lists that organisation's reports, both
kinds together. Search by report title or type, and filter to one kind when the list gets
long.

The table is a recent window rather than a full archive: each kind contributes its 50 most
recent reports, and past that a line under the table reads *"Showing the latest reports of
each kind. Older reports aren't shown."* The single-kind tabs and a company organisation's
**AI Readiness** listing are bounded the same way. Nothing is deleted; the list simply
stops at the newest 50, and an older report stays reachable by its own link.

Each card keeps its action in the header, **Start assessment** on AI Readiness and
**Prepare for a meeting** on Meeting Prep; a card with nothing to show says so in its
body, for example *"No AI Readiness reports for this client yet."*

## What a report looks like

Rather than describing it, read one. These are complete documents built from illustrative
data for a fictional company, open to anyone signed in:

| Open in the app         | What it shows                                                      |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `/reports/sample`       | A Quick Assessment report.                                         |
| `/reports/sample-full`  | A Full Assessment report, including the roadmap.                   |
| `/reports/sample-brief` | A meeting brief, what an advisor walks into a client meeting with. |

Each is headed **Sample data**, so there is no chance of confusing one with your own, and
each carries a **Back to Reports** link out.

## Quick and Full, compared

Both assessments produce a readiness report; the difference is depth. Reading the two
samples above side by side is the clearest answer. A feature-by-feature comparison sits at
