# Evaluation history

> Every run you have taken: filtering, statuses, and the run record.

Each assessment page keeps a full history of your organisation's runs alongside the
current one, so you can revisit any earlier attempt.

## The All runs table

On an assessment page (for example **Evaluations → AI Readiness → Quick Assessment**),
the **All runs** table lists your runs with their status, dates, and version.

| Column                | Meaning                                                                                                |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Status** | **Completed**, **In progress**, or **Abandoned**. The run you would resume carries a **Current** chip. |
| **Started / Updated** | When the run began and when it last changed. |
| **Version** | Which published version of the evaluation the run used. Scores are only compared like-for-like. |

Filter the table with the search box, the **All statuses** dropdown (**Filter by
status**), and the **Date range** dropdown. **Show abandoned** reveals runs that were
reset or left behind; they are hidden from the default view on some pages. If your
filters match nothing, the table says **No runs match these filters.**

<Note>
  The date range defaults to the last 30 days on some views, so an old run may need the
  range widened before it appears.
</Note>

## Row actions

Actions live in the **⋯** menu at the end of each row:

* **View**, on completed runs, opens that run's record in a side panel: every answer as
  it was submitted, without leaving the page.
* **Continue**, on the in-progress run, resumes it exactly where you left off.

Abandoned runs have no actions; they are kept for the record.

## The run record

**View** opens the full submission: each section, each question, and the answer given,
with the run's start and completion dates. From there, **Open full record** shows the
run on its own page, and **View all history** returns you to the table.
