# Plan and usage

> See what your organisation's plan includes and how much of each allowance you have used.

**Organisation → Plan & Usage** shows two things side by side: what your organisation's
plan includes, and how much of each allowance you have used.

Plans are assigned by the AI Ready team, so there is nothing to buy or change on the page
itself. If your plan is not right for you, use **Request an upgrade** at the bottom of the
page and we will review it with you.

## Usage

The right side lists every allowance your organisation holds, one row each.

| What you see | What it means |
| ----------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| A bar with **used / included** and a percentage | A counted allowance. The bar fills as you use it and warns as you get close; at 100% it shows the allowance is fully used for now. |
| **Included** | No limit on this allowance. There is no bar, because there is nothing to fill. |
| **Advisor-funded only** | Your plan includes none of these, so each one has to be funded by an advisor working with you. |
| **per month**, **per 3 months** | The window the allowance resets on. A row with no window is a standing total that does not reset. |

Each row leads with the allowance's name in bold, with a short line beneath it describing
what that allowance lets your organisation do.

## Plan

The left side names your plan with an **Active** badge, describes it, and lists what it
includes as a set of feature rows: each allowance with its included amount on the right,
its window, and how often an evaluation can be retaken.

<Info>
**Retake every 90 days** is the time that has to pass after finishing an evaluation
before the same one can be started again. It stops a score being redone the same
  afternoon.
</Info>

Two labels are worth knowing:

* **Adjusted for your organisation** means we changed that row for you specifically, so
the number beside it is yours and not the plan's standard one.
* **Not included** means the row is part of the plan but switched off for your
organisation. A row marked this way shows no allowance, window or retake period,
because none of them applies while it is off.

If your organisation has no plan yet, this side reads **No plan assigned**. Any
allowances you do have are then listed underneath it as adjustments made for you.

## Requesting an upgrade

**Request an upgrade**, at the bottom of the page, sends your ask straight to the AI
Ready team. You can add a short note about what you are running out of or what you want
to do next. One request can be open at a time: while yours is being handled, the button
greys out and shows where the request is up to, and it opens again once the request is
resolved.

## If you advise clients

An advisor firm sees one more card: **Runs you funded for clients**. It is a table with
one row per funded **run**, showing the assessment, the client, its status, and when it
started. Two attempts of the same assessment are two runs, so they are two rows, never
merged into one. A finished run links through to its completed-run record; a run still in
progress links to that client's evaluations, since the run itself is not yet a record.
Either way the client name links to the client.

Runs are listed for clients who share their progress with you. Runs you funded for other
clients still count towards the allowances at the top of the page, so the totals there
are always complete even when a client cannot be listed.
